Class 1: Introduction to Handstands
Build the Foundation for Your Inversion Practice
This class is your essential pre-handstand training! We focus entirely on building the fundamental strength and mobility required to safely progress into more advanced drills. This is the perfect starting point for anyone with little to no handstand experience!
Ground-Based Training: All exercises will be performed on the ground.
Zero Balancing or Wall Drills: We focus purely on conditioning the body for future inversions.
Targeted Strength: Develop stronger shoulders, wrists, core, and back.

The Complete Beginner: If you've never tried a handstand before.
The Curious Student: If you want a safe, structured introduction to handstand training.

Class 2: Handstand Fundamentals
Master Your Shape & Find Your Balance
This class is designed for those who have completed "Introduction to Handstands" or can confidently kick-up to the wall. Tailored for the beginner handstander eager to find freestanding balance and refine their handstand practice! We will dive deeper into:
Handstand Shape: Understand and refine the foundational handstand shape.
Entry Drills: Explore various techniques for entering your handstand.
Off-the-Wall Balance: Introduce drills specifically aimed at finding balance away from the wall.
Who Should Attend?
"Introduction to Handstands" Class Students: Students that have taken and completed the “Introduction to Handstands” class.
Wall Handstanders: Those that can comfortably kick up to the wall.
Aspiring Freestanding Handstanders: Those ready to transition from the wall to freestanding in the middle of the room.
