Private coaching is offered in training blocks, not single sessions, because real progress takes consistency and structure.

Step 1
Assessment & Intake
We begin with a 1-hour intake and handstand assessment to understand your experience, goals, and movement patterns. This includes evaluating mobility, strength, and motor control using targeted drills to identify your starting point.

Step 2
Personalized Program
Using your assessment results, I create a custom handstand program designed around your body, goals, and limitations. The focus is on clear progressions that address what will move you forward most effectively.

Guided Training Sessions
You’ll train through your sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or at your own pace. Each session builds on the last, with adjustments and feedback to ensure you’re progressing with clarity instead of guesswork.

Continue or Pause
After completing a training block, you can renew, take a break, or return later depending on your schedule and goals. Coaching is designed to fit your life, not pressure you into a rigid timeline.
